Pumpkin for tots

This is so simple I can't believe I'm posting this, but if you're trying to think of a craft for the day here it is:

Cut out a pumpkin out of orange construction paper. I did it freehand since it doesn't have to be perfect. Give your tot a washable black marker and ask them to draw eyes, a nose, and a mouth. I showed my daughter a picture so she could see what I mean since she is still only 1. It's funny to see them scribble for a while and tell I DONE! We used a hole punch and kitchen string to hand it from a ceiling fan. She is very proud of her artwork and there isn't a Halloween decoration in the world better than a homemade one. Have fun!
